Pharmacy Weight Loss Nelson is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy clinic (GPhC No. 9012511) based in Nelson, UK. We provide clinically supervised weight loss consultations and prescription medication services in accordance with UK pharmacy law and GPhC standards.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we believe treatment is clinically inappropriate, information provided is inaccurate, or where approval could present a risk to patient safety.
All prescription-only medicines (POMs) are issued only following a completed online clinical assessment reviewed by a qualified, GPhC-registered prescriber. No prescription will be issued without this process.
Prescriptions are issued at the sole clinical discretion of our prescribing team. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following consultation. You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, and conditions. Providing false or misleading information may put your health at risk and may constitute a criminal offence.
Prescriptions issued by Pharmacy Weight Loss Nelson are valid only for the medication and duration specified. Repeat prescriptions require a further clinical review before reissuance.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for any prescription that is declined following clinical review. If payment has been taken and a prescription is not approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is provided via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances outside our control.
It is your responsibility to ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot redeliver or refund orders dispatched to an incorrectly provided address.
You may cancel your order at no charge before your consultation has been reviewed and approved. To cancel, please contact us immediately via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund or accept returns of prescription medicines, in accordance with UK regulations governing the return of dispensed medication.
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Nelson are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly recommend informing your GP of any treatments prescribed through our service.
Weight loss treatments may carry risks and side effects. Full information will be provided at the point of prescribing. If you experience any adverse effects, you should stop taking the medication and seek immediate medical attention.
In the event of a medical emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest accident and emergency department.
We process your personal and medical data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide clinical and pharmacy services. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website with the effective date. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
